in this next project i wanted to focus mostly on the game-play, which is drastically different from my other two games to do this the first thing i did was design the map or a map i would like to create on unreal engine. After sketching something similar to a mine-craft hunger games map i started working on the map on unreal engine.

as you can see i wanted to take elements of claustrophobia and a compact map from these images and below is what i ended up with.

this is the one i am currently designing on unreal. although simplistic at the moment i am going to add all the elements that i need to make my game good.

 grasslands:

• best hiding spots.
• most poisoned area
• best looking
• least equipment

dead-lands:

• where the only animal exist.
• most dangerous 
• best items

desert-lands: 

• rare items ( chance to get a skin drop)
• health drops really fast

city lands:

• just average really

Concept 

For this project I am going to make it an offline game where the player faces against large number of individual bots which would be programmed to kill each other and the player and the goal of the player is to be the “Last man standing” however to make my game different from most battle royal games I am going to add a darker element to it with heavy fog and limited sight for the player (which is taking elements from my first game), I’m also going to borrow heavily from the hunger games books and movies where the player alongside with the bots start in the middle where there is a countdown timer and when it gets to zero they are released from the pods and have to run into the forest to find weapons and health packs.

Synopsis 

Daniel Bretton a 25 year old gamer who specialists in battle royal games suddenly wakes up in a room saying the same thing over and over again: " exit the room and begin play" when he does as he is told he is put into a pod starring at multiple people as confused as him when the similar voice comes back on only saying " in 10 seconds begin play", then it starts to count down.
